28Peter Robert Wheeler's Anniversary
Peter Robert Wheeler (February 29, 1944 – June 11, 2009) was a chemical engineer who owned the TVR sports car company for 23 years. Although not educated in the field, Peter Wheeler also contributed to the design of TVRs.
