Porsche and Triumph Stop-Motion Engine Teardowns.
There might be a growing trend online of creating stop-motion teardown videos of engines.
The first that I found was simply a guy recording the rebuilding the engine from his Triumph Spitfire. The two-and-a-half minute video records his 11-month rebuild of the engine in 3,000 videos.
Then a second, much more professionally produced video from a garage in Germany surfaced of a similar teardown of a Porsche 3.2 Carrera engine. The three-minute video shows a Porsche flat six go from a complete engine to all of its parts.
It is quite cool trend if it continues at least for a few minutes of entertainment.
Both videos were originally spotted on the Chicane.
