Wait, People Modify Rolls-Royces? In Japan they do.
So I guess people modify Rolls-Royces. At least in Japan they do. These videos come from an event called Dubai Street hosted by tuner Office-K in Tokyo.
This is something I had no idea about until just a few moments ago. So the best I can imagine this is an extreme version of the Japanese VIP car style that takes luxury cars, usually Japanese, drops them, adds bigger wheels and sometimes other subtle exterior modifications.
I do not really know what to think about this. In one way, the matte black Rolls-Royce looks bad, and it is hard not to like a little. But the guy with the diamond-encrusted Rolls-Royce hood ornament might have gone too far.
The two videos are linked below. There is also a link to Speedhunters guide on what a VIP car actually is if you want to learn more.
Hat tip to Carscoop for pointing out the videos.
